About the Event
Would you know what to do if you encountered an injured pet, or if one of your own pets was in need of help? Sign up now to join us on Saturday, October 17th to receive training in Pet CPR.
This PetTech.net Pet CPR course is designed to familiarize you with the basics of performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on medium and smaller size animals (typically dogs and cats).
The cost per participant is $50. Proceeds support Rosie Fund's mission to help senior and harder-to-adopt dogs have a better life. This is a 1-hour course. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by PetTech.net. A second course on first aid will be available for participants at a later date, which addresses many common medical incidents and emergencies, and how to most immediately manage them. There is no additional charge for the first aid course for anyone who completes this CPR certification.
This is a humans-only course and will be held in the BearBishop Room at Bar K Dog Bar.

Kyle S. Thibodo is a retired Navy veteran and certified PetTech.net Instructor with 21 years working for the City of Kansas City as an EMT. In addition, he also serves as an Adult/Child/Infant CPR-AED affiliate instructor with American CPR Training (ACT).
